Welcome to Vacay Nest, a homestay booking platform offered by VacayNest LLP, a company incorporated pursuant to section 12(1) of the Limited Liability Partnership Act
2008, LLPIN ACD-5333. in India. These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do NOT wish to be bound by the terms, you should not subscribe to or otherwise use any of our services.

a. When booking a homestay through Vacay Nest, you agree to pay the fees and any applicable taxes for the reservation as described on our platform.

b. Cancellation policies and refund terms are specified by the host, and you should review these carefully before making a reservation.

c. In most cases we offer a free cancellation if cancelled 5 days prior check-in and refund full booking fee paid to the original payment method.

4. Hosts and Homestays

a. Vacay Nest acts as an intermediary platform between hosts and guests. We do not own, operate, or manage the homestays listed on our platform.

b. Hosts are responsible for accurately representing their properties and ensuring they meet legal and safety requirements.

c. Vacay Nest is not responsible for any issues that may arise during your stay. However, we encourage you to report any concerns through our customer support.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Vacay Nest platform, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is owned or licensed by VacayNest LLP and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without our written permission.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our platform for violating these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
