• If you cancel your booking less than 5 days before your check-in date, you will not receive any refund of the booking fee.
• If you do not show up for your booking or check out early, you will not receive any refund or credit.
• In case of any unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events that prevent you from staying with us, such as natural disasters, pandemics, travel bans, etc., we will try our best to accommodate your needs and offer you a partial or full refund or credit, depending on the situation and availability.
